RETURN POLICY

We offer free exchanges for full-price purchases only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached to be considered for an exchange. Exchanges will only be accepted after completing the online process. If an item is out of stock, a store credit may be granted.

We do not offer returns. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any sale items. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Supervsn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Gift cards are non-refundable.

The exchange process is only offered for orders within the US placed via Supervsn.com. Items purchased through the Flagship Supervsn store or an online partner must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please ensure that the product sizing, shipping address, and billing address is correct, as it cannot be modified or changed. If your items are returned to us because of an invalid address, you will be charged to reship your package. Orders will not be refunded, unless the wrong item was shipped or there are misprints upon arrival.
